Once you have the Command Prompt opened, type “cmd”, right-click, and choose “Run as Administrator” You may also search for the Command Prompt via the search menu on the start menu tab on your screen. Press the Windows key and open up the Command Prompt menu. When you do so, you allow the new update to start freshly
